I couldn't believe how chilly the bathroom was! The wall heater barely made a dent, and I felt bad cranking it up too much. It was a weird mix of retro vibes and discomfort, not exactly what I hoped for.

Double room with kitchenette was ready when we arrived. Pleasant staff did a great job.

I had a pretty good stay overall! The location is super convenient, with a Subway across the road and Aldi just a short walk away. I loved being able to bring my dog along-it made the trip so much better! The clean linens and a refreshing pool were also nice touches, especially on a hot day.

The decor definitely felt stuck in the past, and the bathroom needed some serious updating. There were limited supplies in the kitchen, which was a bit annoying. it was okay for a quick stop, but I can see why some might want something a little fresher!

We enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and their kindness as we were up there for a funeral. Nothing was too much trouble.

I really enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff were understanding. It was reasonably priced. The provided service was friendly. The location was easy, near to an outer suburb, big shopping center, and supermarket and shopping centre.

Previous guests praised the high level of cleanliness, which made for a pleasant experience. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having the air conditioning on prior to my late arrival, ensuring the room was cool and welcoming.

Despite the positives, I encountered a minor issue: the room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which was surprising given its non-smoking designation. While it did not overshadow my overall stay, it was an unwelcome aspect that detracted slightly from the experience.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location just outside of cbd is good - quieter than in cbd and within easy driving reach. Staff very sociable and friendly.

I recently stayed for one night while traveling with my two dogs, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the hot shower was refreshing after a long day on the road. The pet-friendly policy was a huge bonus, allowing our dogs to be comfortable with us. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and there's a lovely grassy area nearby for walks.

I can just recommend this hotel.

Staff were great, location was good, room was clean and bright.

The room was spacious and super comfy with that queen bed. The fluffy towels were a cozy touch! Having the kitchenette was a game changer, perfect for those late-night snacks after a fun night out. Just felt right for someone who loves to relax after karaoke and a little casino action.

The furnishings felt a bit old and dated, but others might see charm in that.

Great location for us and priced well. Free WiFi was also very important.

Bathrooms could have been cleaned better.

I thoroughly enjoyed my neat and carpeted room, which came equipped with a fridge and microwave. the staff was exceptionally pleasant and always ready to help. the location was magnificent, just a short distance from Albury and less than a 10-minute drive from the city center.

Extremely good value for money and actually only 10 minutes out of town centre.
